What things mean when people are selling stuff on DP

Ive noticed some trend among people selling stuff on DP.

When they say "If advertised properly it can make tons more money."
it means "I tried advertising.... no luck.. no income..."

or "Site has made a great amount of revenue considering it has barely been open for a month."
is "i received 1 click out of 10 people for a 5 eCpm"

and "I am sure it can Make Revenue if ads are placed into the site."
is that "I tried ads.... didnt make any money... you try"

and the biggest red flag is MASTER RESELL INCLUDED, it means "This information is CRAP and probably free on common knowledge."

 

I will remember to look for these phrases.

Not true for all sites, some people sell their sites because they don't have time to market it.

I've got another one - it goes something like this:
"PM sent" really means "I want to up my post count"
"BIN lowered" only a couple of hours after an identical post means "I want to bump my thread"
"Highest bids so far..." also means "I want to bump my thread"
Cynical? Me? Never!
