What theme & template could I use to design like this

    What theme can I use to make my website design have the same characteristics. The main thing I really like is the transitions how the images transition as you scroll down. I appreciate your help!

    Well, this one is in bootstrap. If you are looking specifically for WordPress then DIVI Theme and Dastak Theme. You will find the same transitions which you are talking about. And of course, you can do a lot more if you go towards customization and get a good developer who knows these things

    Divi and elementor are the best bets at repeating these designs but since they are made on bootstrap it may not be so easy to get it exactly the same
