I have never really been a big believer in god/fate/Karma but what happened to me recently changed my views. After years of trying for children my wife is finally pregnant and out of the 3 month danger zone. This left us with a quandary, I currently do "internet stuffs" part time and work full time(ish) in the real world. Financially it would make more sense for me to work from home and look after the baby. This means I would have to go cold turkey on the day job. I have been pondering this for months and was unsure of what to do for the best, which brings me to the story. The other day I stopped at a fish 'n chip shop to get a chip butty whilst in a small town near where I live. I parked up in the small car park next door and got out the car. On the floor I noticed a book, now usually I wouldn't make a habit of picking up books from the floor but I noticed it had the words "Get to the top on GOOGLE" emblazoned across the front. I picked it up, it was soaked and dirty and had a great tyre print across the front (that was me, I didn't see it until I got out the car) It is written by a David Viney, it says "the SEO expert" under his name. Anywho I read it and it had some stuff I hadn't known before but 95% of it is general knowledge for most of us here. To not cut a long story short I take this as a sign from God/Allah/the creator/Google to persue my plan. Am I right, surely not a coincidence.
