This may have crossed everyones mind at some point or another so I thought i would make a post in regards to it.

I belong to a lot of sites that call themselves warez, or hidden community's that share scripts, site clones (or actuals), as well as content, database dumps, and files.

I dont know how many threads I have seen of article dumps, template dumps, flash games (HUGE) that can be sought for a fact to have been warez material being sold here.

I found someone on one of the warez sites that is in fact a member here that I said nothing to, watched him thank for a post in the warez forum. and no more then 10 minutes later was selling 2500 pack with database backup to load the games (flash) to a site.

Now correct me if im wrong but I don't personally mind buying things that someone has reseller rights to and do believe it to be ok to sell them items but is there ever going to be something done about the type and authenticity of the items being sold to control the sales of warez material within this site.

I have noticed that this site has a lot of great sales that happen daily and great members and straight forward people that would never get themselves into that type of situation. However there is many selling things that they shouldn't be and this should be controlled somehow, someway a bit more closely.

What is your thoughts on this situation here. I've noticed its on other sites known to most of us as well.

    Thanks,
    TJ

I usually just stay away from the resellers stuff. Its junk anyway.

    -Not unique
    -Usually don't have a license

If you see something too good to be true. Like 2,500 web templates for $5 its just a bunch of bull. I had bought one pack from ebay 10,000 templates for 50 cents. I opened the files and they were named TM #5932 lol, it was the template monster template number. They made it really easy for me to figure out. I reported it to ebay and paypal (even if it was 50 cents) and its a shame that neither did anything after I provided them with template monster links and screen shots of the ripped templates.

Its a same nothing is being done to stop all that here. But staff is busy with other things, they have alot to do.

I understand fully. And I stay away from it myself as well. However things like looking at so many flash game sites. hilarious really. less you have the market to advert is them to. they are bandwidth hogs and really can only get ad clicks if any. or other ad management setups to draw revenue.

But so many selling dumps its horrible to see.
