    It's all doublespeak.

Look up "Jew" and "Christian" in the Koran and see how many nice things are said about them.

Good Question. Those 'Muslim Extremists' are actually NOT following this book Quran. What they follow is few other books called 'Hadiths' written 200 to 250 years after Mohammad. Now the whole community is in a BIG trouble. If they follow only Quran as relegious book, then they will NEVER be extremists. If people want to critisize Mohammed, read his own book Quran and not those books written 250 years after him.

Here are some of the Barbaric Practices that are NOT based on Quran:-

    - Child marriage
    - Stonning to death
    - Cutting hands for stealing
    - Circumcision (as a relegious practice)
    - Hate other religions
    - Any many others ...

Not only Muhammad was illiterate in reading and writing, he was also spiritually illiterate as well.

God punishes those who He loves. Without sufferings one cannot grow. According to Muhammad if somebody is a child of God he is not supposed to suffer. This is nothing, but spiritual ignorance.

About who the "children of God" are.
All people are children of God. Why, because the human soul is part of God.

Another simple thing Muhammad didn't know is that the physical body is just a body where the human sole resides for a given time. And that soul is in the image of God.

Any Indian Guru or Saint is MUCH, MUCH more spiritually educated and knowledgeable than Muhammad. I suggest to all muslims, go read and educate yourself about the spiritual world from any Indian Guru. You'll benefit from it big.

You'll find out what the purpose of life is. And it is not what you believe and know.

    Its already written;

Your Lord said to the angels, "I am creating a human
    being from clay.
"Once I design him, and blow into him from MY SPIRIT, you
    shall fall prostrate before him."
The angels fell prostrate, all of them,
except Satan; he refused, and was too arrogant,
    unappreciative.

    [Quran 38:71-74]

Beware of the day when no soul can avail another soul, no
intercession will be accepted, no ransom can be paid, nor
    can anyone be helped.

    [Quran 2:48]

Beware of the day when you are returned to GOD, and every
soul is paid for everything it had done, without the
    least injustice.
    [Quran 2:281]

Read the book yourself before posting stupid comments on Mohammad and his Quran.

    Ishaq.

The Bible explicitly states we are the children of God though adoption. The KJV version even uses the word "adoption." It has nothing to do with being God's offspring. I have two adopted kitties. They're now my "children." That doesn't make them human. The Jews were God's chosen people. Being a child a God is talking about the relationship to God. Jesus Christ is said to be the "only begotten son." Not the "only" son. The only begotten. The kitties are my children. The baby is my only begotten child.

The fact that Muhammed didn't get that shows clearly how false his religion is.

    Ephesians 1:5
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

In fact, by saying "we're the children of Adam" Mr M is clearly stating that Muslims are going to hell. Only the Children of God go to heaven.

I find it interesting that so many religions are telling their followers they are going to hell and they don't even realize it.

By going off about being "human" the Koran demonstrates itself to be garbage. It obviously has no idea what's going on. So again, thanks for that additional nugget of information. It makes it an easy 5 minute discussion to show why Islam is false and talk about the gospel.

From what I read the passages in this book basically say that the "Children of Israel" are the Jews, the servants of power are the Muslims, and that it is inevitable that the Muslims take Israel back over. Christians are also labeled as pagans and idolaters.

Ironic considering that Mr M admits that Muslims are not children of God.

Is it muhammed's Quran? or is it God's? If its muhammeds then that makes it a regular book written by a man, if God's, then it is a Holy Book inspired by God but written by a man....

I think you may have hit the nail on the head when it comes to questions about the Quran...its just a book written by a man, which makes it muhammed's (your words).

So you're saying God was confused about why churches baptize babies?

The other subtle error in the Book of Mormon that you'd never notice if you weren't familiar with old English is that "cross" is used in relation to "crossing a river" in the Book of Mormon. If you look up the word "cross" in the KJV you find it used in one sense only; a noun for the thing Jesus was hung on. The correct old English phrase is "pass over a river."

"And it came to pass" is found in both the Bible and the Book of Mormon but it's excessively used in the BoM. That might be why JS decided to switch it up a bit and use the word "cross" as a verb.

    We know.

I find it interesting that Muslims deny being the children of God. It's obvious Mr M had no idea what he was saying and neither do you. Which is unfortunate.

Yeah I noticed. That quote is what shows how man made the Quran is. Mr M assumed that by claiming to be a child of God you were some how claiming to be not human. That error in understanding what Christians and Jews of his day were talking about obviously didn't come from God.

You can say it all day long. I hope the Jews and Christians in this forum are paying attention.

I can say it's man made when your "prophet" puts in writing that he doesn't understand what other religions believe. I'm explaining to you what Christians and Jews believe. Can you see now why Muhammed's argument (found in the Quran) against being a "child of God" has no relation to anything anyone actually believed?

When a "holy book" claims people believe things that they don't actually believe it's pretty obvious God didn't write it. It's right up there with objecting to the Jewish faith because they believe they can fly. Do you get it now?

Hint for future potential false prophets:

If you're going to attack other religions in your "holy book" make sure you actually know what that religion believes.
