What the Qur'an Says about Israel

Here is a dozen quatations from the Quran on 'Israel'. Read it and see yourself how Quran tells muslime to hate Israel and Jews:-

    1)

O Children of Israel, remember My favor, which I bestowed
upon you, and fulfill your part of the covenant, that I
fulfill My part of the covenant, and reverence Me.

You shall believe in what I have revealed herein,
confirming what you have; do not be the first to reject
it. Do not trade away My revelations for a cheap price,
    and observe Me.

Do not confound the truth with falsehood, nor shall you
    conceal the truth, knowingly.

    [Quran 2:40-42]

    2)

O Children of Israel, remember My favor which I bestowed
upon you, and that I blessed you more than any other
    people.

Beware of the day when no soul can avail another soul, no
intercession will be accepted, no ransom can be paid, nor
    can anyone be helped.

Recall that we saved you from Pharaoh's people who
inflicted upon you the worst persecution, slaying your
sons and sparing your daughters. That was an exacting
    test from your Lord.

Recall that we parted the sea for you; we saved you and
drowned Pharaoh's people before your eyes.

Yet, when we summoned Moses for forty nights, you
worshipped the calf in his absence, and turned wicked.

Still, we pardoned you thereafter that you may be
    appreciative.

Recall that we gave Moses scripture and the statute book,
    that you may be guided.

    [Quran 2:47-53]

    3)

We made a covenant with the Children of Israel: "You
shall not worship except GOD. You shall honor your
parents and regard the relatives, the orphans, and the
poor. You shall treat the people amicably. You shall
observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and give the
obligatory charity (Zakat)." But you turned away, except
a few of you, and you became averse.

We made a covenant with you, that you shall not shed your
blood, nor shall you evict each other from your homes.
    You agreed and bore witness.

Yet, here you are killing each other, and evicting some
of you from their homes, banding against them sinfully
and maliciously. Even when they surrendered, you demanded
ransom from them. Evicting them was prohibited for you in
the first place. Do you believe in part of the scripture
and disbelieve in part? What should be the retribution
for those among you who do this, except humiliation in
this life, and a far worse retribution on the Day of
Resurrection? GOD is never unaware of anything you do.

    [Quran 2:83-85]

    4)

Ask the Children of Israel how many profound miracles
have we shown them! For those who disregard the blessings
bestowed upon them by GOD, GOD is most strict in
    retribution.

This worldly life is adorned in the eyes of the
disbelievers, and they ridicule those who believe.
However, the righteous will be far above them on the Day
of Resurrection. GOD blesses whomever He wills, without
    limits.

    [Quran 2:211-212]

    5)

All food used to be lawful for the Children of Israel,
until Israel imposed certain prohibitions on themselves
before the Torah was sent down. Say, "Bring the Torah and
read it, if you are truthful."

Those who fabricate false prohibitions after this, and
attribute them to GOD, are truly wicked.

Say, "GOD has proclaimed the truth: You shall follow
Abraham's religion - monotheism. He never was an
    idolater."

    [Quran 3:93-95]

    6)

GOD had taken a covenant from the Children of Israel, and
we raised among them twelve patriarchs. And GOD said, "I
am with you, so long as you observe the Contact Prayers
(Salat), give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and believe
in My messengers and respect them, and continue to lend
GOD a loan of righteousness. I will then remit your sins,
and admit you into gardens with flowing streams. Anyone
who disbelieves after this, has indeed strayed off the
    right path."

    [Quran 5:12]

    7)

Pagans indeed are those who say that GOD is the Messiah,
son of Mary. The Messiah himself said, "O Children of
Israel, you shall worship GOD; my Lord and your Lord."
Anyone who sets up any idol beside GOD, GOD has forbidden
Paradise for him, and his destiny is Hell. The wicked
    have no helpers.

    [Quran 5:72]

    8)

Condemned are those who disbelieved among the Children of
Israel, by the tongue of David and Jesus, the son of
Mary. This is because they disobeyed and transgressed.

    [Quran 5:78]

    9)

We let the oppressed people inherit the land, east and
west, and we blessed it. The blessed commands of your
Lord were thus fulfilled for the Children of Israel, to
reward them for their steadfastness, and we annihilated
the works of Pharaoh and his people and everything they
    harvested.

    [Quran 7:137]

    10)

We have endowed the Children of Israel with a position of
honor, and blessed them with good provisions. Yet, they
disputed when this knowledge came to them. Your Lord will
judge them on the Day of Resurrection regarding
    everything they disputed.

If you have any doubt regarding what is revealed to you
from your Lord, then ask those who read the previous
scripture. Indeed, the truth has come to you from your
Lord. Do not be with the doubters.

    [Quran 10:93]

    11)

We addressed the Children of Israel in the scripture:
"You will commit gross evil on earth, twice. You are
destined to fall into great heights of arrogance.

"When the first time comes to pass, we will send against
you servants of ours who possess great might, and they
will invade your homes. This is a prophecy that must come
    to pass.

"Afterwards, we will give you a turn over them, and will
supply you with a lot of wealth and children; we will
    give you the upper hand.

"If you work righteousness, you work righteousness for
your own good, but if you commit evil you do so to your
own detriment. Thus, when the second time comes to pass,
they will defeat you and enter the masjid, just as they
did the first time. They will wipe out all the gains you
    had accomplished."

    [Quran 17:4-7]

    12)

O Children of Israel, we delivered you from your enemy,
summoned you to the right side of Mount Sinai, and we
sent down to you manna and quails.

Eat from the good things we provided for you, and do not
transgress, lest you incur My wrath. Whoever incurs My
    wrath has fallen.

I am surely Forgiving for those who repent, believe, lead
a righteous life, and steadfastly remain guided.

    [Quran 20:80-82]

    13)

There is nothing in the heavens and the earth that is
hidden (from God); everything is in a profound record.

This Quran settles many issues for the Children of
Israel; issues that they are still disputing.

And most assuredly, it is a guide and mercy for the
    believers.

Your Lord is the One who judges among them in accordance
with His rules. He is the Almighty, the Omniscient.

    [Quran 27:75-78]

    14)

We have given the Children of Israel the scripture,
wisdom, and prophethood, and provided them with good
provisions; we bestowed upon them more blessings than any
    other people.

We have given them herein clear commandments. Ironically,
they did not dispute this until the knowledge had come to
them. This is due to jealousy on their part. Surely, your
Lord will judge them on the Day of Resurrection regarding
    everything they have disputed.

    [Quran 45:16]

    Best Regards,
    Ishaq.

Israel is a recognized country. Its time Iran stopped acting like a spoilt child and realized Israel has the same right to exist as they do. Or else they might just feel a few of Israel's 200 nuclear weapons.

but then again. If Iran is pursuing nuclear weapons, kidnapping opposing soldiers and publicly calling for the extinction of Israel, the Israel has every right to defend themselves.

Obviously the Muslims love Israel. That's why they hate the Jews so much and will blow themselves up to try to get Israel back.

So I have no idea what they point of this was.

Those verses don't say anything about Jews. Just a place.

According to Islam, Jews are not the children of God. That's why Muslims routinely murder them. Muslims believe they are the children of God and as such they should be in Israel.

The "Children of Israel" are all the tribes of Israel of which Muslims are a part.

So again, where is it talking about Jews?

    Oh, here we go...

    http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/anti-semitism/koranjews.html

But, let's just pretend the Quran is full of love towards Jews.

This is baseless. Muslims DO NOT believe they are the children of God.
According to Quran, we are all "children of Adam".

Nobody is Children of God. All are equal before God. Here is what Quran says:

The Jews and the Christians said, "We are GOD's children
and His beloved." Say, "Why then does He punish you for
your sins? You are just humans like the other humans He
created." He forgives whomever He wills and punishes
whomever He wills. To GOD belongs the sovereignty of the
heavens and the earth, and everything between them, and
to Him is the final destiny.
    [Quran 5:18]

    You left out this verse:

Since we are quoting the quran:

/waits for the "out of context" and "translation" cards to start popping up.

Here are a few more sure to convince the dirty kaffir that living in islam is just what they need.

What's really interesting about Israel in the quran is, it proves Israel was Israel long before islam was invented. The name "Palestina" (later shortened to Palestine) was a name given by the Romans.

That verse makes me laugh. Joseph Smith had that problem too when he wrote the Book of Mormon. Because he didn't know what things meant he would argue against them for reasons that had nothing to do with anything.

Muhammed obviously had no clue what a Christian or Jew meant when they said they were a child of God.

Thanks for yet another proof of the falsehood of Islam.

Then why is it that most Muslims or the extremist types that both read that book hate Jews & Israel?

Are they not following the book?

And if hate towards Israel is not in the book then why do most people who believe in the book hate Israel & Jews?
