I hate that, someone copied a forum I had with over 3k posts and hundreds of active members. I got really angry and went strait to the persons host and got them taken care of. Contact the host immediately
I would submit a complaint to the host, they will take down the site immediately. I tried once talking to the site owner and nothing, went to the host and a few hours later the site was taken down.
What a low life, I had some idiot try to copy one of my products on the net, it freaked them out when I called there home phone. Track 'em down and scare them.
already did that, how do I figure out what his host is? I am extremely pissed off right now. This makes me want to kill whoever this is, just the fact that they'd do this in the first place... anybody this low should die.
I think perhaps killing is a bit hevy of a response. It is a horrible thing to to do, stealing someone elses hard work, and sadly there is not a whole lot you can do to seek restitution. Your best course of action is to contact their host, demand the website be taken down and try to get the owners contact info so you can pursue legal action. Odds are you can't, but it is worth a try.
Run a "WhoIS"... whois.sc/subforum.info/ This gives you his email, an abuse email, and the site / server IP... which you then run thru the whois tool to find the host... which in this case... is: leaseweb.com
