What The Hell, Name.com? I've lost my marbles

I think I've totally lost my marbles. I've used domains for years using this process (at least I think it was this process)

    Buy domain
Change DNS Name Servers to my Hostagtor Ones
Create an Addon domain in Hostgator Cpanel with my new domain
The domain now acts as a separate website despite it really being in a subdomain.

I decided to use Name.com as opposed to Namealerts and thought the process was the same, but now when I add my Nameservers to my Name.com account nothing seems to happne and for some crazy reason my domain goes to some google aps start page????

 I've lost the plot, I know I'm missing something really simple here, I'm ashamed of myself.

lmao I guess it has to propagate but normally something happens instantly doesn't it it has with every other doamin I used at my Namealerts account? Why would it be going to partnerpage.google.com/mynewdomain.com?

Try it through a proxy site to see if it comes up that way.

Name.com is a good registrar. You shouldn't have any problems with them; I've used them in the past and didn't experience any problems.
