just woke up thought i check the adsense and lord all mighty i wake up to this

My accounts a danger???? WTF i run a proxy network and a funny videos site? what the danger to there adwords customers they might watch a funny video and have a heart attack this is obsurd? what should i do the only thing i could think of is that i was threatend by some on dp the other day saying they would bring my proxy newtork down if i didnt link to them and when i was looking through my "links from" section in awstats i saw someone had completely copied my proxy network homepage onto there server, the only other thing is that my traffic would have increased significantly as i bought another large proxy network the other day?

any advise on all of this?

They have an appeal link, submit the appeal form and whatever logs you can find that can help your case including the purchase of another large proxy. The rest depends on your luck. You should do a search and you will find countless examples. Do not try the black hat methods advised, if your appeal fail look for another publisher network.

I assume the proxy network produces rubbish clicks, like accidental clicks or none of the clicks convert for the advertisers. When you send rubbish clicks Google has no reason to keep you.

    Also note this discussion 'http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=639345&highlight=warning+adsense'

And this post that explains how to oppose and provides examples of appeal letters. 'http://www.yfs1.com/2006/you-too-can-be-banned-from-adsense-with-no-money-down-enquire-within.html' it is already two years old but still useable.

I know with many guys who did place Adsense in their proxy sites. 90% of them got the same banned. I can so sure that your proxy site cause this banned. You may send them appeal and tell them you won't place adsense on any proxy site or any low quality sites anymore.

same email is being sent to lot of publishers these days. another one here.

i wonder google is going after any specific type of sites or they are making their decision based on traffic quality. or could that be if your CTR is below certain % they will disable your account? adwords advertisers are required to maintain at least .5% CTR or their ads will be disabled and will not show. maybe google has implemented same philosophy for adsense publishers as well.

Thats the thing though i didnt have a rubbish ctr i had a very good healthy high ctr i earned nearly $12 on sunday from my network which for me is very good, i did nothing to break the tos i had no ads on proxified pages on or ads on tabood sites by adsense, the only things i can think of in the sharp increase of traffic/ being click bombed(which i was threatend by) or this person who saved my homepage to there server

im going through all my logs now to build my case thanks for the links they were helpful

If Adsense banned you there must be a good reason. If at the end of the day you find that the reason behind this ban as the proxy sites then just use another affiliate program instead of Adsense. I hope you get reinstated, tell us how things work out.

Seems like many are getting the same kind of email

Looked to me like an arbitrage based ban, but then proxy site cannot be on arbitrage....well possible they have mistaken the traffic stats....after all its a bot
