    ICICI bank accepts Paypal money.....I withdrew some money just 10 days back.

    HDFC working faster in paypal withdrawal process.
    I don't know about ICICI or union bank or canara bank
    since they are most backward banks.lol
    but they never see paypal transfer as foreign transfer since paypal has registered as PVT LTD.
    and their office is 8Km from my home ;)
