What The Fu*k Is Happening To Me?!!?!

    So heres the situation:

    (1) My gmail account has been taken by someone. He (or she) has changed the password and just taken it. When I file a "Password forgotten" claim, I am told that the address (amir11372@gmail.com) does not exist. I use this same account for Adsense and PayPal!!

    (2) The person got into my PayPal account and used up $132 from my account, and then tried changing the credit card three times. I am now safe since I called PayPal and they put my account back to normal, I just need to get to my email account and verify my account! BUT I CANT, because that email account "doesnt exist".

    (3) My adsense ads are still up, but I cant access my adsense either.

Basically, I need to get back that email account into my control. But I dont know what to do. I called Google, but there was no PERSON available to talk at the time I called. I will most likely try again, but this is a good heads up! ITS BEST TO USE AN EMAIL ACCOUNT YOU PAY FOR (AOL, ETC)!

Any ideas on what I should do? Paypal said they will get the money back, but after i verif my account, but i ant verify my account cz i cant get into my email account, and google says that this account doesnt exist....I have to get someone I can talk to in Google!

You should maybe try making the email account then, and then get PayPal to re-send the verification email. Im not sure what else you could do, sorry.

Maybe you have a keylogger in your system. This way, someone found out your passwords and got into your accounts.

In this case, uninstall your OS and be careful what you'll donwload into your PC next time...even from "friends".

Firstly, reboot your entire computer and only back up important stuff. You can change your email on paypal by using your password or security questions can't you?

No, I CANT change anything, the acccount is limited now and I can only change the password adn security questions, not the email. I am afraid this account may be hacked again, so I will not use it anymore, but I want to fix things so that I can atleast get the money I had in there back.

If Google is saying.. your mail doen't exist.. the hacker has deleted your gmail account and you can't recreate it before 90 days of deletion. But as you said.. your AdSense ads are coming, the particular service is deleted not the Google account. So it's tough to recreate.

You can do one thing, catch google on AdSense support, They will definitely get back there, tell them your entire problem, and you may get your AdSense account back and maybe gmail too.

    Good Luck

Google gmail is still under "beta" classification yet so they don't provide support for e-mail, although I know one of my dad's friend gmail got hacked and somehow he got it back.

Download an anti-virus right now and SCAN your computer, is you change your password for everything now, the hacker can still see it until you actually remove the trojan/keylogger, so scan scan scan!!

I know somebody and the same thing happened to him...his paypal account was hacked. Apparently, somebody sent him an exe file via instant messenger. So that file was able to get into his computer which enable the hacker to access all his email and credit card info while his using his computer. Better have you computer checked as there might be a file in there that enable him to get into your system.

What have you been downloading over the last few weeks?

If you're serious about taking care of this i would get an external hard drive and back up your key files and reformat your computer.
