    What the F is target webservices, and why are they charging me 11$ monthly? I NEVER NOTICED!? I'm pretty sure i signed up to them once tho, idk for what...

    I checked out their site, but im sure what i bought has nothing to do with their site, since I've never been there!

    Looks like they offer hosting through another website, is it possible you signed up for a plan with them ? That would explain the recurring part at least.
