All the poeple that are making the big bucks, i was wondering what they are doing now wince they have a nice steady income. Do these guys outsource a lot or something? Do they still spend the time to do the tedious work of making videos, posting on forums, posting on blog, writing articles to get backlinks? What kind of things are these guys doing and what things are they doing to make more progress when they are already making tons of money. I'm sure its not all the tedious stuff i mentioned above. Does the marketing mindset change or something once you get up there?
A good deal of them outsource some of their work, such as they never actually design their own websites and a bunch will hire copywriters to create sales pages if they produce products. The biggest difference between average Joe and one of the major players is the size of your mailing lists. If you have a mailing list for weight loss, internet marketing, etc. and each has over 15,000 double opt-ins, you are a major player because you can consistently draw huge incomes by feeding your list information to keep them hooked while also pushing advertisements and working JV deals.
It depends on the promotion. It takes time to make videos, post on forums and blog, write articles, but it is free, no more cost. If PPC, need advertisement cost, but you will have a lot of free time. It is also the best way to make money for those professional.
I'm reminded by a post made (by Shoemoney) I believe, that quoted Warren Buffet, who made a remark along the lines of once you're in it deep (huge success), it takes a lot to really move the needle noticeably. When you have a successful website (or business), you'll be completely reliant on delegation and outsourcing. It's important to be involved in day-to-day operations, but at some point your time is better spent focusing on radical improvements (large issues) or coming up with the "next big thing", not submitting links to directories. There will always be people who will work for menial amounts of money to do the stuff that is important, but not imperative. That said, when a site is just starting out, the converse holds true. That which is important, is imperative, and unless you've got a lot of capital sitting around, you'll probably need to do more of the grunt work, instead of delegating or outsourcing.
A man is greedy by nature. Why are you talking about other people. No one can tell exactly about anyone else. How could you know that someone have a nice steady income.
I can say most of them outsource the work. Blog posting, forum posting, link bulding and driving traffic to our site is a pretty tedious work. They already have the money to pay for the services of another so most of them do hire them already.
I would say they mostly outsource their work. They just have to feed their list with very informative knowledge or products and that's it. Sometimes, just include some sales in their emails and the money just come. "Money is in the list" is what they always highlighted!
Regarding link building they don't have a lot of work to do as they generally have an army of affiliates that build their their backlinking for them... just in the hope of earning a few cents here and there
If you can justify the cost of hiring someone to do a job for you why not put your efforts else where? There are somethings that cannot be outsourced or done by an employee, while others should to free up your time.... simple division of labour
