    google "Dock Menu FX" they use flash & XML

    You can use JQuery as it has many features....also there are lot of plugins available too...
    Moreover jquery is better maintainable and extensible than javascript

    1) Jquery is Javascript.
    2) Jquery is a fat bloated half assed javascript framework filled with 'gee ain't it neat' bullshit that just makes pages slow, annoying, and a pain in the ass to maintain.

    You can probably figure out where I'm heading with that.
