    you could use redirection sites such as adf.ly, but in order to control this 5 second traffic, you need an extremely catchy landing page. Plus, if you're going towards generated traffic from real users, I would advise against Adsense and try to go towards more of a CPA (Cost Per Action)/Affiliate Marketing approach. I believe they will convert better considering the scenario you want to be in.
