That's probably because you didn't enter PIN in specified time. Enter it asap or your account can also get suspended. If you haven't received it yet, you can ask them to resend via courier service.
Yes that is the problem, I didn't received and right now I have e-mail them to resend it, that after I have use up all requests. Thanks.
