What Template/Script Is This?

I agree with Kerosene, just 10 seconds searching at google the toplistings.php?pg=featured , as pg is not a common variable name, and I found in the first place a forum posting from https://www.68classifieds.com/
Also on the metatags , the designer indicate another web with "a selection of some of the most popular web templates available today" (www.solucija.com)

By the way 68 Classifieds is a professionally developed PHP Classifieds script, but it look like ContentElite use it like a Directory Script.
Also using the footer of the demo script from 68classifieds , I found that the following webs are using too this powerfull script:
