What Template is This?

I see it is very common with sales pages...where is this template found?

 

I don't think it's a template, it looks more like a background image to me.
If so, the websites graphic designer proberlly designed it.
It can easily be recreated using photoshop or anyother graphic editing software.

 

that doesn't look like a template, no navigation, no texts,...
but you can generate graphic images with shadow borders like that easy. Use paintshop, photoshop or any graphic tools.

 

its made in photoshop and then sliced into different files and then is used with the divs to create the base for the design. its not a template of sorts that u can use rightaway.
