    Hi ,

    Rather using any techniques use white hat methods , do not try to get links so frequent After Google Panda and Penguin Update. Bu the way Bookmarking is best way.

    Social bookmarking sites have fast crawl rates. Digg is one of the best for this.

    Facebook, YouTube, and Google+ also seem to have pretty reasonable crawl rates. Helps to have inbound links to ensure they're indexed.

    What do you mean by 'live' links? As apposed to links that don't work? In 1 -3 days you really aren't going to be able to do much I'm afraid. No prizes for which website i use to get relevant links. ;)
