I agree with MarketExperts comments. I have tried them ALL and would rank promotional channels as follows on a traffic volume potential and ROI basis.

Natural search(SEO)
PPC Search
Email marketing (affiliates marketing to their lists on a CPA basis)
Ebay (heavily product dependent)

After these four the long-term traffic volume potential (not necessarily ROI) drops off significantlly.

I prefer article marketing and yahoo answers over everything, as well as creating TONS of content for my websites around my targeted keywords.

I was playing with Yahoo Answers today. Even got rated best answer on some questions and snuck my url in there for more info. I have another service bookmarked.

Has anyone had success with Amazon's Askville? I see the nofollow tags and it also appears that a lot of the people there are pretty smart so you really have to write a good response because they are "book people". Any experience with this?
