What technique you use in driving traffic?

Foruming, SEO and social bookmarking is what I'm currently practicing but don't get much visitors.
Might want to use pay per click advertising soon..

Driving traffic is the problem most people have and if they can't afford to do it via PPC, they usually go for article marketing - AKA Bum Marketing. Then their IM career ends because they think a couple of articles will cut it. Not so.

You can drive enough traffic to your money pages via free methods to easily earn a full time income online, from just two sites - Ezine Articles & Squidoo. What people fail to realise is that both these sites reward you for the more views you get.

So, let's say you're going to promote a fitness related CB product via a Squidoo lens. Your lens is up, so it's time to write some articles to promote it. Make sure to include your keywords (obviously) and pump 5 out to start with. If you've done your keyword research right, they should give you a steady flow of traffic to your lens. This will gradually increase your ranking at Squidoo, which is a good thing because the higher you climb the Squid ladder, the more traffic you will get internally.

So how do you step it up?

Most people don't realise the power you have when you have an article with a lot of views at Ezine Articles. Go over there now and do a search for an article and look underneath the article for a bit called "Most Viewed EzineArticles in...xxxx". These articles get a boat load of extra traffic for being there, and I mean a lot! This in turn increases the traffic to your lens, which increases your lens ranking.

So when you think about it, once you have a promotional page in place, and articles promoting your lens at EA, it's all about getting traffic to your articles. Get me? The more traffic you get to your articles, the more chance you have of making the "most viewed" section mentioned above, which heaps loads of traffic on to your lens, which skyrocket's your lens ranking. Get in the top 100 at Squidoo and your looking at a mountain of traffic.

How do you do that?

There's many ways. A lot of people submit more articles to other directories and link to their lens AND their EA articles, submit their EA RSS feeds to aggregators, send cheap PPC traffic to their articles, anything to create a snowball effect on to their articles, then their lenses. It's bigger business than what you might think.

If you find a solid product, set a promotional page up, and get some articles up at EA, and use the loosely described ideas above, you won't have any worries about traffic.

Link building,+ articles and Google Ads. All three work well together.

 

Articles, posting on Craigslist, and forums.

 

Writing Good content and making a good website. I then just forget about it and after some months it starts getting traffic by its own.

I am just trying to make return who see my this page. Here if I want, I can give all the links like directorycriti.com. But if I do it, then only few webmasters may return to this page because they can easily copy all the links. So, I decided to make with database and anyone can see the links of the directories websites only if they click on the title link. Safe from copied and must return to the page if anyone wise to continue.

 

Forum advertising is one of my favourites.

 

Whenever I submit an article to ezinearticles.com I get a nice pop in traffic but then it eventually fades?

How do you guys combat this? I mean, obviously, I post several articles on a consistent basis but what else can be done? Re-submit the same articles in different categories?

 

Entrecard.com has gotten me tons of traffic. I would give them a try.
