I own a free advertising service called the Free Traffic Bar. I offer members a forum area where they can ask for help, but I also offer them a support button that takes them to an email form that lets them ask me for help directly by sending me an email. Our membership has been growing swiftly and I am finding it difficult to remember what troubleshooting steps I have already taken with a member in our email exchanges. I did find some solutions at HotScripts, but it is hard for me to know which one is suitable and I would prefer to hear from some people who have used some systems as to which ones they liked. Can anyone recommend a good open source or low cost support ticket software solution? It would be email/web only and would not have to integrate with live help or phone systems. Thanks,
