What style is this?

    Im wondering what the designs style is? Im trying to find a tutorial on how to design like that but cant find it becuase I dont know any descriptive words.

    Basically its the gothic borders around tables, I want to know how to create that.

    just go to w3schools.org you'll find the answer
    in my review that site use flash in top, just combine it, wanna like that? learn n learn more :)

    No as in the borders, not the coding language....

    Like the effects used for that. For example, A medival site would be papery.
