what step should i take if i found following issues in the website.

    Please i need SEO experts guidance..

    currently my website is showing following issues.

    Your page contains an unusually


    1. Inline Styles
      ​
    2. Inline Java script
      ​
    3. Nested tables
      ​
    4. Page Size (Uncompressed)
      ​
    5. Large Flash Size

      ​
    So what step shall i take to compress or fix the issues...do i need to redesign the website or make new website.

    Please share your ideas.
