To lose weight you need to cut out junk food and don't drink to much beer! Just by doing that the weight will fall off. You'll also want to do some cardio at least 2/3 times a week at a minimum of 30 minutes per session, like skipping, running, swimming, step aerobics, anything that will work up a sweat and get the heart pumping. I lost 2st in under a year by eating healthy food 3 times a day with the occasional healthy snack in between meals and plenty of cardio.
