Well if you really interested to be in a shape then you have to join Football club or any foot ball team where you can play foot ball because this the game when you have to do a lot of running and for getting in good shape this is the best game, try and then reply me whether it worked or not.
walking in the morning and at night , and also i like play basketball every weekend , this can make my body feel good .
