What sports are you into?

The reason I’m asking is because I’m getting so overweight “fat” and really should start doing some sort of exercise. I was thinking of buying a mountain bike to ride around or another idea was to take up deep-sea fishing “very popular here” because I only live like 20 km from the cost. What sports do you do?

I bike, it is one of the best ways to lose weight.

Biking at >10mph for an hour is roughly 600 calories. :)

Maybe the safest bet would be to get a bike. There are plenty of places here where I can ride to, even to the beach.

There aren’t any places to play racquet ball here. :(

Buy a fancy skipping rope with calory and jump counter and timer etc. 10 Minute work-out will loose you quite a lot of shite as well as pumping all those toxins out of your lymph system.

10 minutes straight skipping rope is pretty intense, that will definitely burn some calories!

I bought two skipping ropes a few yearsback and have to confess that I’ve never used them. It’s certainly the cheapest option…. :D

Isn’t that the same as Hockey “not ice hockey”

Kickboxing keeps me fit as fuck, it's such a good workout, plus I can now kick some serious ass. UNAGIIIIII

LOL, Don't worry I think the distance from Holland to India is abit more than 10 feet.

& besides...I kick like a typical girl and if anyone goes to punch me I swear I cover my head with my arms and squeal like a pig! :D
