I do horseback riding around 3 times a week. I used to be a climber, but due to a shoulder injury (caused by falling off a horse) I can't climb anymore. I'm still looking for a new second sport.
I am a huge fan of Football and Tennis and always like to watch live matches on TV, I don't like fully packed stadium
I prefer to run as my sport. because it is so easy & cheap. beside it can train lung resistance and strengthen your leg muscles.
