What software to use

Hi
I need to develop online web based software which can help me to manage my clients and employees.


I need something which helps me to manage clients ( payments, ongoing projects, clients information etc etc) and employees ( who is managing what, project status etc etc)


I was wondering if something like OPEN ERP would help me? What other OPEN Source platform can I use which can help me to develop such a thing....Basecamp etc etc?

Pls guide...

Maybe take a look at FreshBooks (FreshBooks.com). I've not used it too much, but, it does seem like it has many of the things you are looking for.
