Hi. I'm working on a script that I will sell. I want the buying-process to go like this: user buys my script from website -> pays with paypal (several paymentgateways would be good) -> then being send back to site with a downloadlink -> OR getting the script mailed to the same mail that he/she paid from. Any suggestions? Been looking at SPBAS, is there any better? Thanks
yes, do a search... I cant think of any right now, but I know I have seem them in the past where a buyer goes through the transaction process, then in the end, they get a download link that you can set to expire in x amount of days or hours... There are carts that have this feature (download link), and there are independent scripts that can do this also, which maybe best if you just have one script forsale, or maybe even hire someone to do a custom script for your needs...
You can try AJ shopping cart script software , it supports digitial goods download with all popular payment gateway options. Also if you wish separate store you can try zscart.
You can try oscommece or WordPress both have this option for end user after payment, download there products.
Any shopping cart with digital downloads will be fine. WooCommerce can do this sort of thing. SPBAS is built for this particular problem, but in my opinion, it's very clunky and bloated. I have a software business and I custom built my billing and licensing software because it's very hard to find something to work exactly how you want it.
I had this same problem and came up with a solution that will upload the files, generate PayPal button code, handle the payment processing and generate a one-time use link for the user to download the file. It has an installation wizard and a website with tutorials on how to get it set up, selldigitall.com
