It's called a SEEDBOX, not a "SeendBox". It downloads torrents for you and seeds them, and you can even download them later through Http, however hosts don't normally allow it because of CPU usage and the fact that most files downloaded through it are illegal, so you will get closed down.
Just get you own dedicated server and setup the program, as long as its all legal I don't see any issues with it.
