What software do you use to keep your websites running and organized?

What are some of the software combinations that DP members use to and what else do you use to keep organized -

As time goes on -- my clutter increases and site organization gets screwed up..

Just would appreciate some tips and hints on how the big money kids do it?

Get Mindjet MindManager. Can't live without it anymore for big scale stuff.

 

I only have a few domains at present but MindManager looks good though, I could I have demo cd that has and old version of MM on it for free, may look.
