hi iam stuck with paypal and can't withdraw my money so i though to buy something instead so what sites supports paypal ? i tried amazon but they don't also is ebay to be trusted ? i have heared a lot of stories of scamming there
You can buy a good domain and hosting through sites like godaddy,domainsite,namecheap etc. Develop and promote that sites results in more income for you DON.

As to your question, any of the stores listed on Paypal supports Paypal Payment https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/cps/general/NewConsumerSafe-outside eBay as a company can certainly be trusted but there is nothing to say that the sellers or buyers that uses ebay can be trusted.
Of course, you would as it would be a breach of your contractual agreement with Paypal when you use fake information. You probably get your account limited sooner or later and you will not get any access to your money. If you can use any details including fake one then they would not bother to verify your details or list down which country they support. If you do not believe that it is a problem then why not tell Paypal about what you have done.
