What Sites Should I Be Sharing Links With?

    If my site has a PR of 3, should I only be looking to trade links with other sites which are 3's or above? Is there some kind of graph or list webmaster's go by for these things?

    even if you get lower pr links like 50 pr2.it can boost your pr in the next update.but these should be quality links.

    You should only trade links with sites related to you own, PR does not matter.
