What shoult I do

    Hello
    my site is www.debya.com I was opened it on 2002 and it is asp.
    now I am renewing it, I am writing with asp.net and the new site is using "URL Rewriting" method.

    Now I am afraid of losing my search engine position.

    what is my risk ? what is the seo friendly site update method...

    Perhaps you could create a sitemap with the old links while developing the new site.

    Or, keep the original site and use another site or a subdomain to work on the new version.

    I'm not a guru but i guess some search engine position will be lost..

    You've got to undertake redirect measures.

    You should try to redirect each old page, to the new equivalent URL, by a 301 redirect.
