I stated a forum on Phpbb. But got too much spam..... I want to add some option like reputation, infraction... Some like DP? So what you suggest. Really got too much answers..... but Still with which i have to go??? If i start forum with Phpbb, Smf or etc... Can I change my forum i.e. PHPbb to vbulletin???. Does it effects to my database or users??
