    What do you think?
Is there anyway to cash it out or spend it somewhere?
    Or what?

No way last few years, a few investigation had been done and a huge $$$$$$$ had been fined from e-gold. I think E-gold just lost his touch. Now its time to Liberty reserve and WMZ. This two just getting popular too quickly.
