I really am not sure if you really do not understand what I am saying or you really do not believe that you benefit from paypal's services by helping you make money. It does not matter how big or how small the transaction is, as long as you make money by using Paypal's platform then you need a premier or business account. It makes no difference if your transaction size is $1 or $1000. If you think that you will not benefit anything from paypal then don't use it. If you know that without paypal, you will not be making money then you should pay your dues and just upgrade to a premier account. If you really don't care then go ahead and take the risk by keeping in personal account.
Did you bother to check the fees links for paypal which I provided earlier ? Basically, there is no difference in fees between Premier and Business. The only thing is that you need a registered business with a bank account in the company's name if you plan to use a business account. A Premier account for a personal individual who uses a personal bank account.
i don't have a bank but i do have a debit card which ill be using it for verifying my account in next two days.
