What should this site sell for?

I wrote an ebook about a month ago and have just had no time to market it. I am selling the site, domain, and exclusive rights to the ebook. I received some reviews on this ebook and was told it would sell from $8-12/copy. I am thinking about putting this up on ebay unless someone makes me a good offer here.

Someone could do well with this if they would spend some time marketing, but do to some things in my life right now, I don't have the time.

The ebook is about how to buy a car. The nice thing is, it's a book where you could include some great affiliate links. I will once again allow ALL rights to the book and you are welcome to add your own affiliate links. The ebook is about 20 pages long.

Assume no traffic or revenue.

Not a lot. You'd be better off trying to sell the ebook yourself, or sell exclusive rights to someone who sells ebooks. As far as the site goes, nothing really worth mentioning if there isn't any traffic or revenue. Also, the quality of the ebook obviously weighs in. If you took time to write it, just market it. It doesn't take that much effort.

 

Well, the problem I have is I don't do any affiliate marketing. You could sell this book for next to nothing or give it away and put affiliate links for car loans and that type thing, but the problem is that I can't get approved for Capital One or any of the affilate programs that offer lending? I assume it is due to my affiliate history which is virtually zero. That's why I thought it would be better for a pro affiliate or ebook marketer to buy rights to the book...

 

Right, that's what I was saying too. As far the actually site, it's worth next to nothing. But that doesn't mean the ebook is. I would do a search for well-known or any active ebook marketer and see if he can buy it off of you.

 

What do you think a reasonable price would be on it?

A site worth the last 10 month of NET revenue. But it's not a rule since someone may have a good vision for it and offer more.
However, There are a lot of site out there that does not even sell at 3 time net revenue, so it's not easy to say....

Nice observation! It's a free template.. I don't think they are bidding on the site design which is worthless... you are right.. Along with the worthless site you receive exclusive rights to the ebook that I have written which I know there are no cloans of because I sat at this computer and wrote it a few weeks back.. Neverthless, thanks for the $150 bid but the current bid is at $220....
