What should Non US affiliates enter the tax information?

    I would like to know what to enter in

    Foreign Tax Identification Number in the Commission Junction W-8BEN Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding form.

    I could not find information regarding this form anywhere.

    Is it essential to mention this number and if so how to get it?

    Fill W-8 and put N/A in field of "Foreign Tax Identification Number ". As MTM said above.
