What should I use?

    I need to build a website. All I need to do is advertise that I am interested in buying sink hole properties.
    What would be the best way to go about doing this?
    Wordpress, website template, drupal, etc.
    I need it to look like a real estate website so it would have to look professional.
    I just don't think I can get that out of wordpress.
    If anyone has any template suggestions please let me know.

    there are some wonderful SEO optimized templates for real estate for Wordpress. Use wordpress search to find SEO real estate

    Unfortunately they only have 1-3 templates on wordpress :/
