What should I use for this?

So, I have a product that I am wanting to sell. What is a good script or what can be done to achieve the following...

After the potential buy reads my sales pitch, they can send me a payment via paypal for the product, but I would like the product to be sent to them directly via email (or even redirect them to a URL to download the file), but not allow them to share the link with other people. How can this be done?

Is there a script out there that can do this?

I think you can do that with cookies. You'd need someone to write a script for you.

Well, Im no expert, but I believe this is fairly simple.
You can create a page with the Paypal button, they go through to paypal and pay, and than paypal redirects them to your download page. This is all done when you create the paypal button. No script needed!
