    "Tips:
Here are some recommendations to help you improve the user experience on your site and comply with AdSense criteria:
    - It’s important for sites displaying Google ads to offer significant value to the user. As a publisher, you must provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site first.
    - Don’t place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content.
    - Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they’re seeking."

without actually seeing the site in question, how can we possibly know??...generally it means your site is rubbish, is it a tech blog by any chance?

They are simply telling you, you need more better content on your site. Keep adding daily to your site.

The site is a promo for your magazine. It has no content of any use to adsense or those that pay for the adverts.

Good question...I think you need to post ads only in sub-domain and then reach adsence for approval

Get Adsense approval using any of your other website. once you get approval, you can use it any number of websites.

You can....but if the site you use it on does not comply with the guidelines, don't expect to get paid.

By displaying ads in your website, you are bound to Google Adsense Terms of Service, and should i repeat this everywhere ?
