Hi, I live in a country with aprox. 6 million inhabitants. Most, maybe 85 % of the households has internet connection, and internet as a whole is very used.

I am in contact with someone who might wan´t to sell the national domain www.taxi.xx . It is not actually taxi - in my language it´s called something slightly different, but stil four letters. All people uses this word for taxi, so there is no substitute as such. The national level is important here.

So would do yo think a resonable offer would be? Do you think it is worth anything? In my mind it is - just difficult to figure out how much. Any comments will be highly appreciated:) !

Thanks Jorge, well it was more about what the domain could be worth and what a resonable offer would be. Thanks, for your reply anyway!:)

I just don´t wan´t to offer a ridiciously low price on the other hand I also don´t want to offer too much - of course. So I hoped that peoples opinions could help me make up my mind.

I would say that it would be worth around 10.000 kr to 20.000 kr in retail..

I would also agree with Jorge on trying to resell it to the large cab company..

Not much sense in turning it into something private, since most people would be phoning for their cabs..

Also .. If I am right about the TLD.. The page isent a website right now?.. That probably decreases the resale value..

Thanks Promo I appreciate your reply!

The price seems a little low, but you could be right - after all it is not a .com and as you point out people phone for their cap as it is now.
