What should I expect for CPM from an Affiliate?

I really hope this is the right place to put this!

I signed up with an affiliate a few months back and was just happy to get some revenue, but now I'm wondering if I'm getting fair market value for my space.

I own a vbulletin forum that has classifieds and discussion for firearms and outdoors type stuff. I get 5,000,000 page views a month with 75,000 unique visitors and I've been around for about a year and a half.

What would be a ballpark CPM for a 728x90 banner ad at the top of the forum? $0.10? $0.25? $1.00?

    Any help would be appreciated!

For a forum I would say it would be excellent to get $0.25 CPM. People really don't click on ads that much on forums so that's why advertisers don't want to pay too much. What is your click through rate anyways? Should be well below 0.50% right? If your site has a PR of at least 4 it would be worth it to sell links on it, you'd probably make more money this way.
