    First thing is email them and ask them to take it off-line! Then say 'you can keep it if you pay $x'

    File a DMCA notice with their website host and domain registrar.

    As well as the above, make sure that you have more links to each page in your site than they do. The Google duplicate content filter will filter out the one who has the least amount of incomming links, Google Karma or what ever page rank has become.

    don't you you worry, Google will just delete and remove copied contents. Anyway nobody will prosper if his content is just a xerox copy from any website.
