You can relist it right away if you wish.

    ok, thanks for quick response
but I see this error when i click Bump/Relist/Edit

    The following error occurred:
You do not currently qualify to bump a thread.
Next allowed bump: Apr 16, 2014 at 10:30 PM.

If you would like to be able to bump a thread every 7 days, you can become a premium member.

then i tried to create a new sale thread, I see this error

    The following error occurred:
This domain is already listed over here. You can use the Bump/Relist option on that listing.

then what can I do now?

The error message you posted is fairly self-explanatory...

I understand the error message, but I just feel unfair, I create a sale thread, and someone buy it now (maybe he do it on purpose or for fun) then get banned right away, then I have to wait for one month to relist that sale thread since i m not premium member.

You can Relist/Bump right away assuming you haven't done it in the last 30 days already.

I know that rule which is only 1 Relist/Bump per 30 days, I have done it already on other sale thread before I created this sale thread
    https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/wallpaper-site-with-adsense-earning.2711766/
that is why I create this support thread which say its no fair to me, someone buy it now and get banned later, which cause my sale thread down to bottom and close, until wait 30 days to Relist/Bump it.

Them getting banned doesn't cause it to go to the bottom or be closed. You may want to consider using the Instant Pay option... Then it's a non-issue because they are paying right away.
