    Hey,
I'm building a keyword list for a new campaign, let's say it's for a weight loss product for example.

I'm using mainly google keyword tool and i get a lot of "partial" phrase. for example:

    "to lose weight"
    "healthy diet for"

It feels like a game where i need to fill in the blanks :D

    Seriously -
What I'm usually doing is building a very specific adgroups for each subject.
    For example:
"steps to lose weight" will get it's own adgroup
"healthy diet for kids" will also get it's own adgroup

(My issue is with phrase match type)

So, What should i do with those split key phrases?
creating an adgroup for "to lose weight" wont be very target and will overlap with other adgroups most of the time...

Why does the google keyword tool give so many results of this kind?

    Thank...

They give you many results to help you match your website keywords. You can organize the keywords with Google Keyword Tool in what order you want, how many people search the keyword every mont, how much traffic it gets, and more.
