With it's name and existing backlinks coming from reggae sites, I would carry on with this topic. But what to do exactly, it's depends of how much you're ready to involve yourself in it's developement. If you're motivated, you can start a reggae community website (forums, ...) but if you're not a reggae addict or don't have much time, you could just start a kind of shop (aStore or the like) with CD, books, paraphernalia reggae related. Or just sell it if you find a buyer and a fair price.
As the domain name suggest Reggae its a Music related name so you need to make something on Music theme only
Build a wordcloud, sell links and forget about it Ok seriously, a reggae blog- dunno how many of them are there on the net.. Or a site with some articles on reggae, reggae musicians and stuff like that. With some ads and affliates advertising places where reggae festivals are held. The suggestions I gave are very elementary, but I can't appear to think of anything better.
Exactly same what I liked to suggest, it means, there has to be something in that idea In contrary to create a nazi-reggae music group. It would be hillarious, just like Nazis from Illinois .
I decided to rock with a reggae forum for the time being. Not sure how successful it will be though - time will tell. It may be better to create a small content site. Notting

Yo . to me it sounds like it could be a good blog about reggae music's biggest artists. Like the bigger headz of reggae.feature all artists and just have like their bios or have like their albums , lyrics , events , news and stuff.
