    I agree, the name describes at all.

    Make a blog with tips and tricks on webmastering (how to earn more, how to rank well, etc...)

    Or you could put information on there related to constructive web development hacks, like CSS hacks and also the hack to get round the "Click to activate" thing with SWF files, stuff like that perhaps. The blog idea is also good!

    Try showing on it a collection of defaced (hacked) websites. Traffic of webmasters and just visitors guaranteed if you manage to get the descriptions of vulnerabilities that were used for defacement. :D

    U can make It for sites addons, like java codes,vb hacks,joomla componant ...etc.
    Just various things help webmaters to make there sites more beautiful
